According to a method for operating a contactless integrated circuit chip of the present invention, a method executed through a terminal capable of being interfaced with an IC chip in a contactless manner and communicating with a server equipped with encoding/decoding information for the IC chip through a communication network comprises: interfacing an IC chip in a contactless manner; receiving non-encrypted information from the IC chip interfaced in a contactless manner; performing a procedure of transmitting the non-encrypted information received from the IC chip to a server equipped with the encoding/decoding information of the IC chip; receiving encrypted information from the IC chip when the access of a terminal is authenticated through the IC chip interfaced in a contactless manner; and performing a procedure of not decoding the encrypted information received from the IC chip and transmitting the information to the server equipped with the encoding/decoding information of the IC chip. |
