The present invention relates to a method for preparing an aqueous flame-retardant adhesive for a heat retardant coating agent for foam polystyrene, and a method for preparing a flame-retardant foam polystyrene molded body by using the aqueous flame-retardant adhesive. The method for preparing the aqueous flame-retardant adhesive comprises the steps of: preparing an organic phosphorus-based flame-retardant aqueous solution by mixing and stirring an organic phosphorus-based flame retardant with water; preparing a flame-retardant aqueous solution by mixing and stirring two or more of polyvinyl alcohol resin powder having different viscosity values with the organic phosphorus-based flame retardant aqueous solution; and preparing an aqueous flame-retardant adhesive by mixing and stirring an adhesive aid with the flame-retardant aqueous solution. In the method, diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) and organic solvents are not used. In addition, the method for preparing the flame-retardant foam polystyrene molded body comprises the steps of: preparing a flame-retardant coating solution by mixing the aqueous flame-retardant adhesive with an inorganic flame-retardant composition including an inorganic flame-retardant, a flame-retardant aid and a thermosetting resin; applying the flame-retardant coating solution to foam polystyrene beads; curing the flame-retardant coating solution applied to the foam polystyrene beads; and preparing a molded body by molding the foam polystyrene beads coated with the flame-retardant coating solution. |
