The present invention provides a method for manufacturing scorched rice, which uses soaked rice without directly cooking rice and adds liquid of grape leaves and Polygonatum odoratum liquid so as to realize a chewy texture when boiling the scorched rice and to exhibit a mild taste when eating as a snack. And the scorched rice can be spotlighted by consumers as health food. Specifically, the method for manufacturing scorched rice of the present invention has the following steps of: 1) baking scorched rice by using soaked rice without cooking rice; 2) baking the scorched rice by using an organic plate, which transfers heat fast and has no harm to the human body; 3) baking the scorched rice at a high temperature of 300°C or higher by using rice starch produced in the stirring process without using starch; 4) coating Polygonatum odoratum after the rice starch is separated; and 5) conveniently controlling the thickness which allows to be manufactured for boiling or manufacturing snacks. |
