<p>The present invention relates to an ESC control system and a control method thereof. The ESC control system comprises: an ESC mounted on a vehicle for vehicle posture control; and a motor mounted in a vehicle to generate a driving force. When the ESC due to the braking of a vehicle operates, a regenerative braking system generates power by a rotational force of a wheel connected to the motor. The ESC applies a remaining braking force as a hydraulic pressure to a wheel except a regenerative braking force generated by the regenerative braking system to be operated in a required braking force for braking of a vehicle. Through the cooperative control between the regenerative braking system and the ESC, the regenerative braking is maximized to improve fuel efficiency and to reduce the load on the braking system.</p> |
