<p>The present invention relates to a system and method of testing organic light emitting display device. The system of testing organic light emitting display device comprises: a probe testing area and testing area that respectively conduct a probe test and an electricity test through loading of an organic light emitting display substrate comprising a plurality of pixel with a plurality of thin film transistor array formed; at least one probe block placed in the testing area to move; and a plurality of probe that contact a pad of the substrate by being formed on the probe block, enter a test signal into the organic light emitting display panel, and output an output signal from the substrate, the probe contacting all pads formed on the substrate.</p> |
