<p>To appropriately block a damaged portion of a pipe when a pipe is damaged to prevent an outflow of fluid, and to more quickly block the damaged portion of the pipe, a device to block the pipe is provided and comprises: a blocking pad in close contact with an outer surface of the pipe to block the damaged portion; a fixing unit fixating the blocking pad on the pipe; and a temporarily fixing unit pressurizing the blocking pad into the pipe for the blocking pad to temporarily be fixated on the outer surface of the pipe before the fixing unit is mounted on the blocking pad.</p> |
