A method of collaborating session management during remote control management with a mobile device which allows a Customer Service Representative to be able to share, transfer, and monitor their remote control sessions amongst other Customer Service Representatives without having to end the existing session.

1. A method of session transfer during a remote management session with a mobile device, the method comprising:
initiating a session transfer for a remote management session; displaying a user search window on a source console to identify a target console; selecting the target console and displaying a transfer request on the target console; and terminating the remote management session on the source console upon transfer to the target console.
