The apparatus of the present invention provides a streaming object, which can be freely set, through an additional layer added on a background layer of a map or augmented reality, links at least one affiliated store as the streaming object to a place name, a landmark, or a road name as well as a simple POI, matches event information to the streaming object, and provides the event information matched to the streaming object to a user, Thus, the apparatus can immediately reflect events by arrangements changing in real time between affiliated stores, thereby offering a variety of accurate event information for the user.
