PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction machine capable of lowering a temperature of exhaust gas in a tail pipe.SOLUTION: In a construction machine, a tail pipe 40 bent at bent parts 53 and 63 is attached to a discharge part 34 of an exhaust gas treatment device 30 from which exhaust gas is discharged. The tail pipe 40 includes an inner pipe 50 having one end fixed to the discharge part 34, an outer pipe 60 disposed on an outer side thereof, and an air passage 70 formed between the inner pipe 50 and the outer pipe 60 and having one end communicated with an engine chamber 17, and a passage opening part 71 which is the other end of the air passage 70 is provided between the bent parts 53 and 63 and an outer opening part 64 of the outer pipe 60, and a discharge direction of exhaust gas EG discharged from an inner opening part 54 to a mixing space part 80 formed in an outer downstream part 62 is almost the same as a flow direction of air AR flowing out from the air passage 70 to the mixing space part 80. |
