PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a state diagnostic method and the like capable of obtaining an appropriate diagnostic result without requiring work by trial-and-error.SOLUTION: A waveform of a value of time series data whose origin of a time base is a starting time or switching time of operation of a diagnostic object is acquired as an object waveform, and similarity is calculated between a reference waveform representing normality or abnormality and the object waveform. Based on the similarity calculated, a state of the diagnostic object is determined. |
