PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power converter capable of reducing a current harmonic by eliminating an output voltage distribution caused by the dead time of a low-speed inverter.SOLUTION: A low-speed inverter 1 for performing conversion output of a DC voltage into a pulse-shaped voltage is serially connected in each phase to a high-speed inverter 2 for performing PWM modulation output of a DC voltage at a faster switching frequency than the low-speed inverter. Also, at an output end 5 of the power converter, a control device 61 is installed through a current sensor 4. The control device 61 outputs a voltage command value for changing the voltage output state of the low-speed inverter 1, and also outputs by feed-forward adding, to the voltage command value of the high-speed inverter 2, a compensation control value Vcomp of a voltage error before the voltage output change actually occurs in the low-speed inverter 1. |
