PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion device that allows countermeasures against heat of a current sensor and ensuring an insulating distance without an increase in its size.SOLUTION: A power conversion device includes: a cooler 12 having a heat-receiving surface and an end surface; semiconductor modules 22a, 24a, and 26a each having a switching element and power terminals, and provided on the heat-receiving surface of the cooler; bus bars 34u, 34v, and 34w connected to the power terminals of the semiconductor modules and outputting currents; current sensors 40a, 40b, and 40c detecting currents flowing through the bus bars; and a box-shaped outer case 30 covering the semiconductor modules, the cooler, the bus bars, and the current sensors. The current sensors are disposed between the end surface of the cooler and the outer case, and include a sensor case 42 thermally connected to the cooler and electronic components disposed in the sensor case and detecting the currents flowing through the bus bars. The bus bars penetrate through the sensor case and are supported between the cooler and the outer case by the sensor case. |
