<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boarding confirmation system which can perform boarding confirmation on a vehicle side, with simple system configuration.SOLUTION: A boarding confirmation system 1 comprises: an on-vehicle device 10 mounted on a vehicle 30; a plurality of on-vehicle transmission antennas 16 connected with the on-vehicle device 10; an on-vehicle reception antenna 17 connected with the on-vehicle device 10; and a portable device 20 carried by a passenger 40. The on-vehicle device 10 wirelessly transmits first signals to the portable device 20 by using the plurality of on-vehicle transmission antennas 16. The portable device 20 receives the first signals wirelessly transmitted from the plurality of on-vehicle transmission antennas 16, and wirelessly transmits second signals including signal strength information about reception signal strength of the first signals, to the on-vehicle reception antenna 17. The on-vehicle device 10 calculates a position of the portable device 20 on the basis of the signal strength information included in the second signals received by the on-vehicle reception antenna 17, and performs boarding confirmation of the passenger 40 on the basis of the calculated position of the portable device 20.</p> |
