<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holding vessel capable of preventing a compact and a graphite material from being deformed even having large sizes, with the upper and lower ends which are hard to crack; and a manufacturing method of a graphite material.SOLUTION: A holding vessel 10 for holding a bag 40 to be filled with powder 12 and a top plate 50 in CIP molding includes: a case 30 having a side wall 31, a bottom 33, an engaging part 35 around the upper outer side face of the side wall 31 in a circular form or an elliptical form, having a closed curve form with a transverse section swelling outward, a groove around the side wall 31 on the outer surface of the engaging part 35, and a support 36 extending from the outer side face under the engaging part 35 of the side wall 31; and a top plate 50 with a flat undersurface, detachable to the support 36, leaving a gap from the upper end of the case 30.</p> |
