<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impact tool which can adjust an impact force of a tip tool by a simple operation.SOLUTION: In impact tool includes: a housing 2; a motor 3 disposed in the housing 2; a reciprocating-motion conversion part 43 which is disposed in the housing 2 and converts rotation of the motor 3 disposed in the housing 2 into a reciprocating-motion; a cylinder 7 supported in the housing 2; a piston 8 which is connected to the reciprocating-motion conversion part 43 and is so disposed in the cylinder 7 as to be capable of reciprocating in an axial direction of the cylinder 7; and a striking element 91 which is disposed in the cylinder 7 and defines an air chamber 9a between itself and the piston 8. In the impact tool, the cylinder 7 which is so supported as to be movable in an axial direction and has a configuration such that a moving range of the striking element 91 in an axial direction during striking is changed according to a position in the axial direction of the cylinder 7, and the housing 2 is provided with a cylinder moving mechanism which moves the cylinder 7 in the axial direction.</p> |
