<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot control device which can deal with a target position changed even when the target position is changed while maintaining a high speed of position control, and further to provide a robot system, a robot, a robot control method and a robot control program.SOLUTION: A command value is generated so as to move an end point of an arm of a robot to a target position on the basis of a path formed on the basis of one or more teaching positions set. Further, a command value is generated so as to move the end point from a current position to the target position on the basis of a current image and a target image. Furthermore, the arm is moved by using the command values.</p> |
