摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow accuracy measurement of a work-piece even when a bearing of a main shaft is non-conductive.SOLUTION: In a machining center 1, a conducting wire (energization line) is secured by forming a conductive part which does not pass through a main shaft, without using the main shaft formed in a Z-axis direction as an energization path, and bringing an energization ring like a plate spring attached to a holder of a sensor probe for contact detection, into contact with the conductive part. Power is supplied to the probe via the conductive part from a contact detection part. In this state, detection of energization, namely, contact of the probe is detected by detecting that a current is transmitted from the probe to a work-piece, etc. and falls to an earth by contact of a tip of the probe with the work-piece, etc. Then, when work-piece dimensions on a jig board are detected, a position in the Z-axis direction is detected by detecting contact between a reference level of the jig board or the work-piece W and the probe, and a work-piece thickness and dimensions after processing are measured from difference of the detected positions.</p>
