<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strong processing device which can be down-sized and of which a cost can be saved.SOLUTION: A strong processing device 1 for performing strong strain processing for a wire 90 includes: a transportation device 10 for transporting the wire 90; plural metal molds 31 to 34 which are so disposed as to surround the wire 90 and define a non-circular opening 35; a swaging device 20 which continuously rotates the metal molds 31 to 34 at a first angular velocity around the wire 90, and intermittently strikes the metal molds 31 to 34 onto the wire 90; and rotating devices 71, 72 for rotating the transportation device 10 in a direction same as that of the metal molds 31 to 34. The rotating devices 71, 72 continuously rotate the wire 90 at a second angular velocity relatively lower than the first angular velocity, or intermittently rotate the wire 90 at an angular velocity substantially same as the first angular velocity.</p> |
