<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incised and cleaned gizzard that is subjected to sufficient cleaning and high hygiene management, and to provide achievement means for commodity quality control, cost reduction, installation area reduction and standard operation step simplification.SOLUTION: A gizzard incision cleaning device includes: a rotationally operated wheel unit in which two or more gizzard retention holders driven by a rotational motion of a wheel to be opened/closed and held are radially disposed in an outer circumferential part of the wheel; a blade for sequentially cutting gizzards held on the holders on an outer circumferential track of the wheel unit; a nose rail for gradually separating facets of the gizzards to right and left with the rotational motion of the wheel, and for pushing, opening and holding the gizzards; a cleaning nozzle for spraying cleaning water to the gizzards opened and held by the nose rail; and at the lower side of the wheel unit, a carry-out mechanism of the incised and cleaned gizzards dropped from the opened gizzard retention holders released from the retention of the nose rail and driven by an action in the axial direction of the cam follower.</p> |
