<p>This invention is about a method for making metal panel of refined natural enzyme by lacquer coating. In particular, the invention: applies primer as preliminary treatment; enhances the expressiveness of the panel and the image printing layer by applying lacquer paint as the after-treatment after executing UV printing; decreases work performance failure; prevents exfoliation of image printing layer by improving durability; maintains the color of lacquer paint layer by removing the color of lacquer paint and making it transparent after the lacquer paint coating layer has been formed. By combining lacquer with effects of easing atopy reaction, preservation, antibiotic, deodorization, preservation effect, mothproof, insulation, nonflammability to the headlining, the invention makes the print-out of UV print more visible and implements the environmental-friendly and inflammable headlining. This invention is about the method for making metal panel of refined natural enzyme by lacquer coating. For this purpose, the invention, providing a method for making metal panel of refined natural enzyme by lacquer coating, includes: (a) a stage of coating primer to enhance the adhesion of UV print-out to the metal panel; (b) a stage of executing UV print-out and UV hardening and heat drying after stage (a); and (c) a stage of coating lacquer paint and drying it up after stage (b).</p> |
