<p>A light emitting device and a fabricating method thereof are disclosed. The light emitting device comprises a light emitting diode including a light emitting structure, and a substrate located on the light emitting structure; and an aluminum oxide layer located on the substrate. The aluminum oxide layer includes a plurality of nanoholes penetrating the aluminum oxide layer in a vertical direction. Accordingly, light extraction efficiency of the light emitting device can be improved.</p> |
