The present invention relates to a movable wet impinger for use in thermal power plants. For this purpose, the present invention includes the following: a container as a housing having an empty space and a gate for access thereto; a wet impinger installed stably inside the housing; a movable impinger connected through a pipe to the sludge outlet of the wet impinger; a supernatant water supplier that is equipped with connections to the movable impinger and the wet impinger; and a solid-liquid separator connected from the movable impinger to a transfer unit. Therefore, the present invention enables easy collection of the coal dust having a high water content produced in the course of coal processing and supplying without having to install additionally a fixed wet impinger, as well separation of sludge from water (supernatant) in the waste water containing sludge produced in the course of coal dust processing, so that the separated water can be reused as a wash water.
