CARRIAGE OF CONVEYOR PATH, CRYOGENIC FREEZING MACHINE AND METHOD FOR FOOD PRODUCTS REFRIGERATION

FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: carriage of conveyor path includes supports each one of which goes in transverse direction, upper and lower conveyor supporting guides to support and move conveyor. Supports of conveyor path retain conveyor guides in cuts of conveyor supports crossbars of cryogenic freezing machine which includes several supports of conveyor path which supports lay on side walls of freezing machine casing. The freezing machine contains multiple pairs of lifting facilities going down from lower surface of upper casing. Lifting facilities are located above journals so that when hoist is used to lift upper casing the lifting facility is freely raised to provide access inside casing. Method for cryogenic freezing machine cooling includes food products placing on conveyor, liquefied gas spraying over food products.EFFECT: simplification of freezing machine cleaning process.13 cl, 6 dwg
