PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration in image quality of an image by maintaining the accuracy of focus detection.SOLUTION: A solid-state imaging device includes, as a plurality of pixels, imaging pixels for generating a captured image and focus detection pixels for performing focus detection. Each of the focus detection pixels has a microlens, a photoelectric conversion part for receiving light incident from the microlens, a light-shielding part for shielding a part of light incident on the photoelectric conversion part, and a neutral density filter which reduces light incident on the photoelectric conversion part and is formed containing a black pigment. This technology is applicable, for example, to a CMOS image sensor. |
