PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid transfer device capable of adjusting a liquid level in a drip chamber to effectively preventing emission of bubbles without stopping a liquid transfer operation.SOLUTION: A liquid transfer device 1 includes: an accumulation bag 4 for accumulating liquid L containing a blood component; a puncture needle connection part 5 for ejecting the liquid L; a liquid feed line 10 for communicating the accumulation bag 4 with the puncture needle connection part 5; a heater 31 for heating the liquid L that passes; a liquid feed pump P1 for pressure-feeding the liquid L that passes through the liquid feed line 10; a drip chamber 7 that captures bubbles contained in the liquid L that has passed through the heater 31; a bubble return line 15 which communicates a bubble discharge port 7a of the drip chamber 7 with the accumulation bag 4, and through which the captured bubbles pass; and a liquid level adjusting pump P2 for pressure-feeding at least one of the bubbles and the liquid L that pass through the bubble return line 15. |
