PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water treatment system capable of efficiently separating solid matter and the like from a polymer aqueous solution.SOLUTION: A water treatment system is configured to control the viscosity of raw water by including a water intake part 8 that takes in raw water containing a water-soluble polymer, an agitation device 1 that agitates the raw water flowing in from the water intake part 8, a separation device 2 that separates solid matter from the raw water after being agitated, viscosity measurement parts 5, 6, 50 that measure the viscosities of the raw water flowing into the agitation device 1 and the raw water after being agitated, and a control part 4 that controls at least one of the amount of an additive added to the agitation device 1 and the agitation strength of the agitation device 1 based on the measured viscosities from the viscosity measurement parts 5, 6, 50 and a predetermined target viscosity. |
