PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring harness fastener having a new structure and capable of easily, surely and selectively using a center type and an offset type, and a method for suitably manufacturing a wiring harness having the attached wiring harnesses fastener.SOLUTION: A wiring harness fastener comprises: a base part 14 having a projected clip part 12; a wound band 20 extended from one 16a of both ends of the base part 14 and wound to a wiring harness 18; and a plurality of locking parts 24 formed on a surface 22 of the wound band 20. The base part 14 has a first band insertion hole 54 penetrating both ends of the base part 14 in a direction orthogonal to the projection direction of the clip part 12 and having first locking projections 44 locked in the locking parts 24 of the wound band 20. The clip part 12 and the base part 14 have a second band insertion hole 80 penetrated in the projection direction of the clip part 12 and having second locking projections 76 locked in the locking part 24 of the wound band 20. |
