PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED light-emitting device capable of generating a desired luminous color at a low cost.SOLUTION: A plurality of phosphor sheets 21a, 21b, 21c, 21d, 21e are made using phosphors that are excited by the emission wavelength of an LED element used to emit light of different luminous colors, and then the phosphor sheets 21a, 21b, 21c, 21d, 21e are laminated and fixed, and cut in parallel with a reference end face A thus producing a multicolor phosphor sheet 20. An LED light-emitting device 50 is formed by arranging the multicolor phosphor sheet 20 on the light-emitting surface of an LED package 40 mounting the LED element 42. |
