摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a precast concrete shape control device using a three dimensional laser scanning, and a method thereof. The precast concrete shape control device comprises a shape measuring module having a three dimensional scanner, which scans the entire surface of a precast concrete assembly member; a characteristic extraction module , which extracts characteristics of shape information received from the shape measuring module through shape information extraction algorithm; and a comparison analysis module, which analyzes error occurrence by comparing the shape extracted in the characteristic extraction module with a design shape. The precast concrete shape control device using a three dimensional laser scanning determines whether an error occurs or not by arranging the location of a point for indicating the characteristics of an assembly member. According to the present invention, the shape of the assembly member can be measured and managed in a non-contact method. Also, it can be automatically determined with quickness and accuracy, using extraction algorithm, whether the shape extracted by the characteristic extraction module is out of an error tolerance range or not.</p>
