<p>The present invention provides a removing device for welding bead of a pipe to mold a metal plate by rolling into a shape of a roll; to weld along both contacting lines of the rolled plate; to remove the welding bead generated using mandrel and a pressurizing roller which horizontally moves back and forth on each of the inner and outer side of a pipe at the same speed with each other; and to precisely remove the welding bead on the inner side and the outer side of the pipe, by comprising: a mandrel driving unit installed in the previous position of a welding unit which performs the welding process of a pipe having an operation block which horizontally moves by a first servo motor; a cylindrical mandrel installed to be movable along an axial direction from the later position of the welding unit to the inside of the pipe; a steel bar whose one end is connected to the mandrel driving unit and whose other end is connected to the mandrel which horizontally moves back and forth inside the pipe by the mandrel driving unit; and a top pressurizing roller and a bottom pressurizing roller installed to be able to horizontally move back and forth by a second servo motor on the later position of the welding unit which removes the welding bead on the inner side and the outer side of the pipe.</p> |
