FIELD: fire-fighting equipment.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water supply and can be used in devices intended for water intake from a water supply system for the purpose of fire-fighting. The hydrant comprises a rod (2), placed inside the housing (1), with the spindle (3) mounted on it, a rotary gate comprising a gate housing (5) or a housing of the ball valve, a closure element (6) and a shaft. Between the seat (4) and the gate body (5) or the housing of the ball valve a shut-off damper is placed (7). The damper (7) comprises a piston, a passageway with an end opening mounted in the damper housing, and the bypass openings located between them, the left and right halves of the working chamber.EFFECT: increase in the reliability of the hydrant operation is ensured.6 dwg |
