PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To switch the drive only by power of an electric motor to the drive of both power of an internal-combustion engine and power of the electric motor at shorter time smoothly further.SOLUTION: A vehicle has clutch control means that makes a clutch 13 cut power in the case of driving the vehicle only by power of an electric motor 17 and gear transmission control means that makes a gear transmission 15 change to a gear position corresponding to a vehicle speed while power connection remains cut by the clutch 13 in the case of driving only by the power of the electric motor 17. In the case of driving the vehicle by power of an internal-combustion engine 11 and the power of the electric motor 17, the clutch control means makes the clutch 13 connect the power when the internal-combustion engine 11 starts.
