PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power feeding structure for a sliding door in which noise that is caused by vibration or the like of an electric wire at the time of opening/closing of a sliding door is suppressed and appearance of the sliding door is improved.SOLUTION: An another end side holding part 3 which holds another end side of an electric wire W is provided. The another end side holding part 3 includes first and second rotational arms 32 and 33 which are rotatably supported directly or indirectly by a sliding door D to hold the electric wire W at a tip end part, and energizing means for energizing the first rotational arm 32 in a direction where an extra length of the electric wire W is absorbed. At a getting-over timing when the electric wire W gets over a predetermined getting-over position 11a in a lower end edge 11 of a door trim T constituting an indoor side of the sliding door D when the sliding door D is made to move by sliding, a tip end of the second rotational arm 33 is provided to be inclined against a to-and-fro direction of a vehicle.
