PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image diagnostic apparatus, a medical image processing apparatus and a program each improved in user-friendliness.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus 1 includes a first generation part, a first reception part and an estimation part. The first generation part generates medical images. The first reception part receives input points input by a user to medical images. The estimation part exchanges processing for estimating a border of objects including the medical images in accordance with the number of the input points so as to estimate the border of the objects.
