<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-plane flow display device which can display the state of flow in an observation face in an easily understandable manner.SOLUTION: In an ultrasonic diagnostic device as an in-plane flow display device, an ultrasonic image 71 of a biological tissue is displayed on the basis of a reflection wave signal, a flow velocity vector of the blood flow is obtained on the basis of blood flow information due to a Doppler effect for each measurement point in the observation face corresponding to the display area of the ultrasonic image 71, correction calculation using logarithmic transformation is performed for the magnitude of the flow velocity vector, the display size of an arrow 70 is determined so as to be the size relative to the calculation value to generate image data of the arrow 70, and the arrow 70 is displayed in the logarithmically-compressed form in accordance with the size of the flow velocity vector in the display area of the ultrasonic image 71.</p> |
