PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To feed back the result of evaluation to a subject by easily presenting the inertia amount of rotation and the like of a shaft part of sporting equipment.SOLUTION: A detection part 31 detects a first state during address of a shaft part of sporting equipment and a second state during a swing motion by using output of an inertial sensor 12. An operation part 32 performs evaluation by calculating a relative rotation angle of the shaft part, which is changed around the major axis of the shaft part in the second state from the first state.
