PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a step-up device capable of monitoring and controlling a step-up current with high accuracy, without a shunt resistor for current monitoring.SOLUTION: The step-up device includes a booster circuit 51A and a booster circuit drive unit 50. The booster circuit 51A includes a boost driver 63, functioning as a switching element, for stepping up a voltage by the boost driver 63 switched on/off. The booster circuit drive unit 50 switches off the boost driver 63 on the basis of the ON voltage Vd of the boost driver 63, and switches on the boost driver 63 when an OFF time, indicative of a time period after the boost driver 63 is switched off, becomes a first threshold. |
