PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel sensor or the like capable of preventing skeleton visibility of a transparent electrode layer.SOLUTION: A touch panel sensor includes: a transparent base material; a sensor part which has a transparent electrode layer formed on one surface of the transparent base material in a pattern shape; and a color adjustment layer which is formed closer to the transparent base material side than the transparent electrode layer, contains binder resin and color material, and makes the transparent electrode layer invisible.
