PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular display apparatus for improving appearance by making a light leakage inconspicuous.SOLUTION: A vehicular display apparatus 100 includes: a transmissive display unit 10 including a transmissive light source part 12 and a transmissive display part 16 for emission-displaying a vehicle status value by being transmissively illuminated from behind by the transmissive light source part 12; an image display unit 40 including an image light source part 42 and an image display part 46 for emission-displaying a vehicle information image by being illuminated by the image light source part 42; and control means for controlling the transmissive display unit 10 and image display unit 40. Further, in a non-active state where the image display part 46 is caused to continue displaying of the vehicle information image while the transmissive display part 16 is caused to stop displaying of the vehicle status value, the control means causes the transmissive light source part 12 and image light source part 42 to emit light, thus controlling emission luminance of the transmissive display part 16 to be smaller than that of the image display part 46. |
