PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device the appearance of which is difficult to be spoiled by a plug operation part and which is attached to a lighting rail.SOLUTION: A lighting device 1 includes: a case body 3 which includes a cover part 7 having a flat plate part 11 and a flat-plate state step part 12 set to the inside of an upper surface 11a of the flat plate part 11 so as to be integral with the flat plate part 11, and a bottom part 8 facing a lower surface 11b of the flat plate part 11 and is formed into a box shape; a device body 4 which includes a light source mounted at the side of the bottom part 8; and a plug 5 which includes an operation lever 34 turnably operated, led out from the side of a side part 12e of the step part 12, and located at a place inner than the outer periphery of the flat plate part 11. The plug 5 is mounted on the cover part 7 so as to project from an upper surface 12a of the step part 12, is housed in the case body 3, and is mounted on a lighting rail by turning the operation lever 34 and electrically connected to the rail. |
