The reflection part 124 has: a curved surface body 120; and an annular projection surface part 121. The curved surface body 120 is provided between the base part 126 and the apex 122, and it comprises a rotation curve around the apex 122. The annular projection surface part 121 is provided on the curved surface body 120, and arrayed concentrically around the apex 122. By a diffusion function of the light on the individual annular projection surface part 121, luminous intensity of equal to or more than a predetermined value can be achieved while variation in the luminous intensity is suppressed over a predetermined range in the circumferential direction and in the axial direction.
