PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing method, an information processing device, and a program which correctly respond to a user's question.SOLUTION: An information processing method determines a search content on the basis of text information recognized from input voice information, and executes a search via a network on the basis of the search content. When a first keyword is included in the text information, the information processing method executes processing prestored in association with the first keyword without determining a search content nor executing a search.
