RELEASE FILM FOR ANISOTROPIC ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE FILM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a release film for an anisotropic electrically conductive film, which can allow the peel force between the anisotropic electrically conductive film and a carrier film to be restrained from being fluctuated after a temporarily sticking step and allow the carrier film to be peeled stably at a carrier film peeling step before a normally sticking step.SOLUTION: The release film for the anisotropic electrically conductive film has such a release layer on at least one surface of a base material film that the plastic deformation hardness of the surface of the release layer is 20 mgf/μmor higher and the elastic deformation hardness thereof is 400 mgf/μmor higher when the plastic deformation hardness is measured by a micro hardness meter.
