Drum diameter is over or equal to one metre. Bearing (1) mainly contains bush (3) and bush support (4), at that bush (3), in particular with equal thickness is made as part of cylinder with axis (?), having guide surface (31) intended for enclosing of the outside surface of the drum (2) via oil film, and surface (32) belonging to the bush support (4). The bush support (4) contains at least at level of the intermediate zone of the bearing (1) devices (5; 6; 7; 8) for cross-section decreasing, ensuring elastic deformation of the bearing (1) such that to limit maximum guide forces acting on the bush (3). The invention is used to hold and to guide the rotating hollow drum under action of non-uniformly distributed forces (F), in particular, grinder drum. Invention object is also grinder with hollow drum (2), which internal wall creates a ring race (21), containing devices for roller (22) pressing to the ring race with set force, and hydrodynamic bearing (1) according to the invention holding and guiding the rotating hollow drum.EFFECT: creation of the hydrodynamic bearing ensuring holding and guiding of the drum under action of the non-uniformly distributed forces.19 cl, 6 dwg
