PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil component in which the number of pieces of fastening means such as screws required in assembling thereof to a substrate can be reduced.SOLUTION: A coil component 10 comprises a transformer part 20 and a reactor part 30. The transformer part 20 comprises: a primary wound part 22 that is formed by winding rectangular wire H around a periphery of a primary side hollow part; secondary wound parts 23A and 23B formed by winding the rectangular wire H around a secondary side hollow part communicated with the primary side hollow part and arranged as the paired parts while respectively facing to one side and the another side of the primary wound part 22; and a first core 25 to be inserted through the primary side hollow part and the secondary side hollow part. The reactor part 30 comprises: a reactor wound part 32 that is formed by extending one terminal side of the rectangular wire H constituting the secondary wound parts 23A and 23B and winding the rectangular wire H around the reactor side hollow part; and a second core 35 to be inserted through the reactor side hollow part.
