PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis system which highly accurately and quickly analyzes customer data collected and accumulated in an operating company system.SOLUTION: A customer data analysis system 1 which analyzes detailed data collected and accumulated in an operating company system 2 includes a prediction processing means. Using a plurality of items of any detailed data as an explaining variables and other items as criterion variables, the prediction processing means calculates a probability value of the plurality of items by probability inference from correlation degree between items. |
