PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure buffer excellent in both solvent resistance and gas-barrier properties.SOLUTION: A pressure buffer 10 comprises a pressure chamber 4 that is formed of a cabinet 1 with a recess and a pressure buffer film 2 covering the recess and joined to the cabinet 1. The pressure buffer film 2 is formed of a plurality of layers that include at least one of first layers 2a higher in solvent resistance than the other layers and at least one of second layers 2b higher in gas-barrier properties than the other layers.
