PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe driving degree determining device to precisely diagnose safe driving degree of a driver in an intersection.SOLUTION: A safe driving degree determining device records a passage characteristic value of an own vehicle in an intersection in association with a curvature radius of the intersection, and determines safe driving degree of a driver for every classification of the curvature radius of the intersection based on the passage characteristic value of the intersection in a recorded set period.
