摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving method of an electrophoresis apparatus that enables high-quality display.SOLUTION: An electrophoresis apparatus 150 includes a selection transistor 21, a first transistor 26N connected to a first power line 551, a second transistor 26P connected to a second power line 552, a pixel electrode 22 having the first transistor 26N and the second transistor 26P connected thereto, a common electrode 23, and an electrophoretic material 24. The first power line 551 is supplied with a potential oscillating between a first low potential and a second low potential. The second power line 552 is supplied with a potential oscillating between a first high potential and a second high potential. A common potential is present between the average potential of the first high potential and second high potential and the average potential of the first low potential and second low potential. Since first particles and second particles are efficiently separated from each other, an electrophoresis apparatus 150 having a high contrast ratio and showing high image quality can be achieved.</p>
