<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless system observation device in which power saving is attained.SOLUTION: A first observation device comprises a sensor, a battery, a processing section, an operation start instruction section and a wireless section. The operation start instruction section includes variable resistor means and detection means. A second observation device comprises a sensor, a battery, a timer for generating an observation trigger at a predetermined interval, a processing section, an operation start instruction section and a wireless section. The sensor includes variable resistor means and the operation start instruction section includes detection means. Both of the processing sections of the observation devices are in an observation mode with larger power consumption only when processing for obtaining observation target information or the like is required and in a sleep mode with small power consumption at other times. For detection of timing at which the sleep mode is changed to the observation mode, it is detected that a resistance value of the variable resistor means is changed from a high state to a low state.</p> |
